NoteBirch generates draft documentation text from information you enter. It is a drafting aid for licensed and credentialed professionals.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the note that enters the record, for compliance with your payer and licensure requirements, and for all clinical decisions. Do not submit generated text you have not reviewed.

No clinical advice

NoteBirch does not provide clinical advice, does not assess risk, and does not determine level of care. It organizes information you supply.

Acceptable use

Do not enter full patient names or other direct identifiers. Use initials. Do not use the service to generate records for sessions that did not occur.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that a generated note will be accepted by any particular payer.
